RETURN AND COMPLAINTS
If you want to return purchased clothes for another one please inform us about it either writing to at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us at +48 604 513 796 to agree further proceedings.
If you want to make an exchange we ask you for fast actions because we produce our clothed in limited numbers and they are really liked by our Clients :)
You have 14 days to designate from your purchase. You can withdraw from purchase agreement with us with no reasoning by placing your decision in writing. Please write it yourself or use the enclosed FORM, which is based on attachment to Consumer Law from May 30th, 2014. To keep the deadline it is enough to send out your statement before the deadline expires. Please send your statement by e mail at email@example.com or by post (date of post stamp applies).
As next step please ship to us, at our address stated below, returned clothes within 14 days after the date of your withdrawal from purchase agreement:

On territory of Poland the returned shipment is free if it is send by DPD courier or InPost service points. To agree method and date of return shipment please contact us at our e mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you decide to return purchased clothes by post you bear the cost of this shipment.
Costs of any return shipment from abroad are borne by the person returning the goods.
We will return your money no later than 14 days from sending to us your withdrawal from purchase agreement.
You need to return all goods received with purchased clothes including free products or gifts.
All clothes purchased at mofe.pl shop are covered by warranty based on article 556-576 of Polish Civil Code. You have to inform us about product variance within one month from noticing it.
In case of finding product defect or damage please inform us about it providing date, description and circumstances of noticing the defect / damage, for your comfort you can use attached FORM and e mail it to us at email@example.com
We will respond to your complaint within 14 days and will inform you about next steps.
To start warranty procedure you need to deliver questioned clothes to us, if possible with the purchase receipt.

On territory of Poland the returned shipment is free if send by DPD courier of InPost service points. If you choose different way of shipping the goods back we will return to you documented costs of shipment.
Your complaint will be handled in maximum 14 days from receiving questioned clothes.
In case of complaint recognition we will repair or exchange the questioned clothes. If this will not be possible we will lower the price of questioned clothes or return its full value if you decide to withdraw from purchase agreement. In both cases money will be returned to you within 14 days. In case of withdrawal from the purchase agreement both sides return to each other everything they provided to each other.
Subject of warranty are hidden defects driven by producer fault.
In case the Client wants to enter the dispute with our Company related to complaint service, he has the possibility of using non court methods of settlement of dispute. All disputes related to purchase agreement may now be solved by mediation held by mediators from Mediation Centre of Arbitration Court at National Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw according to Court’s rules valid at the date of mediation application.
